I am truly surprised by the fact that almost every PSP to this date in America, has been sold as the same color up until the PSP Go. (Also, PSP Go: HRMMM GET OUT) The only way you can get a colored PSP is if you order it from play-asia.com (because even if it comes from Japan, the language is changeable) or in a bundle.
